CC&E provided concept through CD level cost estimating services for the 27,337 square foot Agriculture Research Facility located at the Oran C. Little Research Center. The Meats & Food Development Center became the premier workforce training and teaching facility, with modern amenities, for value-added processing that promoted Kentucky’s farm-based products. The project started construction in early 2025, with a future phase expansion planned for the near future.
