University of Cincinnati: O'Varsity Way Entry and Plaza Renovations

CC&E provided conceptual, DD, and CD level cost estimates for the O'Varsity Way Plaza Revitalization Project on the campus of the University of Cincinnati. This extensive 39,975-square-foot renovation encompassed the complete redesign of the plaza’s paving and landscaping, addressing critical drainage and insulation issues above an existing parking structure.

The project was bid in the winter of 2023 and came in 2.5% under our estimate. The University opted to re-bid the project, as it was reconsidered with different materials that allowed for a shorter construction period.
