CC&E provided cost estimating services for the renovations and expansion of an existing 1,000,000 square foot manufacturing and warehouse facility. The renovations/expansion also include a corporate training facility. As part of our cost estimating services, we provided a basis of design estimate and included additional option and value management strategies to keep the project within budget.
