Siemens – Project Moonshot

CC&E provided basis of design, concept, SD and DD level cost estimating services, including Value Management and CMr reconciliation for the construction of a 167,000-square-foot tenant space for the Siemens Moonshot Project. The scope also included the interior fit-out of a 350,000-square-foot building in Dallas, Texas.

The project was delivered in multiple phases: Phase 1 involved early office construction and a temporary manufacturing line, while Phase 2 encompassed a warehouse addition, expanded office space, and the remaining manufacturing areas.
