Henkel Project Salisbury

CC&E provided ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) cost estimating services for Henkel’s new campus development in Salisbury, North Carolina. The 350,000 GSF project included two warehouse buildings, production and office facilities, and two locker room areas—one standalone and one integrated—both designed as storm shelters. Timber frame construction was utilized in the office and dining areas.

The project was divided into East and West campus components. CC&E delivered comprehensive architectural and structural estimates, supplemented conceptual pricing for site features, and performed final estimate reviews to ensure alignment with project scope and design progress.
