CC&E is serving as the Owner's Representative for this 3-phase complete campus transformation project. Phase 1 - Exhibit and Parking: previously completed exterior exhibit and parking structure; Phase 2 - “Gateway” and Central Utility Project: provides a 21st-century auditorium and new central heating and cooling system; and Phase 3 - New Exhibit Wing and Renovation: a new 50,000 square foot exhibit space and new visitor entry hallway. Services include cost estimating, scheduling, CMr reconciliation, constructability reviews, value management, and change order monitoring. . Our efforts saved over $11 million, including $450,000 from the “Gateway” projects. With a full-time Project Manager fully ingrained in the facilities staff at the museum, our services continue through Summer 2025, covering facility operations planning, third-party maintenance implementation, and oversight of exhibit installation.
