CC&E provided SD, DD and CD level cost estimating, along with GMP review services for a new 208-bed, 270,938 square foot behavioral health facility. The scope included clinical/admitting areas, residential units, administrative offices, a full kitchen, indoor/outdoor recreation spaces, and all necessary support functions. Our team worked collaboratively with the design team, state officials, and the CMr to address significant budget challenges. Through strategic value management, we helped maintain the project's full program and square footage while aligning with budget and schedule goals in the Greater Columbus area.
