City of Cleveland, New Police Headquarters Complex

CC&E was appointed as the Owner’s Representative for the new police headquarters complex. The project involves the renovation of a 250,000 SF, seven-story Category IV building, along with a 535-vehicle parking garage, located between East 25th and East 26th streets in downtown Cleveland.

Our team is closely involved in the development and verification of the project schedule, overseeing the budget throughout the design phase, including providing milestone cost estimating services, and coordinating consultant selection and their work during the design process.
